I just got back from the chocolate seminar put on by the Kalamazoo Section of the American Chemical Society. I managed to score some chocolate "nibs", little chunks of unsweetened chocolate before it is ground and fused into chunks. The little nibs are surprisingly edible.
They had three kinds of chocolate truffles, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and raspberry. Definitly better than Hershey's.
An interesting and tasty evening.
