Normally the local (Kalamazoo Section) American Chemical Society (ACS) talks are free and open to all comers. But later this month, September 28th, 7pm at the local community college, there will be a talk about the chemistry and biochemistry of chocolate. Advance Registration is Required. It seems in addition to the featured speaker, a Professor Joe Vinson, there will be a local chocolatier, Dale Anderson, who will tell about making truffles. -with taste testing! For SCIENCE!
