I'm sorry about your booster, but congratulations about your plastic lunar module. Did you get the lunar module back intact? I recall it has lots of little appendages that tend to break off.

No, alas, I have never seen a plastic flying squid model. Would using sculpie to model one over a regular rocket be too heavy?

The lunar module survived without a scratch. In fact it miraculously landed upright on its legs!

It would likely be to heavy. In addition it wouldn't qualify in the plastic model conversion event.

This year there was a non-qualifying entry of a submarine, this caused me to think of flying fish and of course the jet propelled octopus and squid.
