Don't crash Peter's rocket. Don't crash Peter's rocket.

Arrived home safely from NARAM. Travel home was with nephew and two teen aged girls who couldn't stand riding home with their original traveling companions. We all had a mediocre contest, but at least had a medal in one event or more each.

I had two second places, 1/2A parachute duration and A cluster altitude. My fourth in B streamer duration was bumped down to fifth by a team that used questionable tactics to fly an extra flight. Didn't place in E dual eggloft altitude, F super roc altitude, R&D, or sport scale. I didn't crash Peter's scale Saturn V rocket, even though the flight was gloriously agonizing. A lot of people enjoyed the flight. We did qualify in every event. We did manage to hold on to 4th nationally for the contest year. (We were in third place going into the event.)

Nephew Patrick got first place in B division F-super roc to earn a record.

We cheered up on the way home by repeatedly playing chocolate is a vegetable. And we had ice cream cones since we saw antelope, which might as well have been dear.
