1:00 - Doors open, with the traditional guest register and gong in place. (Don't forget to ring the gong, after you've signed in!)
1:30 - Formal Memorial Observance - conducted by Bob Alway. In addition to fannish folk, there will be family and community members that may be in attendance.
2:15(ish)- Visiting/Transition/Circle set up/late arrivals - etcetera
2:30-3:00 - Afternoon circle commences. We will proceed with a poker chip bardic circle.
There'll be a dinner break at some point convenient to the circle; and then reconvene for the evening session. I've heard a rumor that we'll even have some special guest performances from other members of Dave's clan!
10-11ish: We will have our traditional closing so that those that need to travel, can depart at a semi-reasonable time. For those of us that can stay later, Pete has agreed to play host and let us stay later into the night if we still have the energy.
It will be excellent to see everyone! We may be cozy (even in Dave's expanded space), but a grand time should be had by all!
(Housekeeping note: Space for people takes precedence over space for instruments - we respectfully request that everyone be selective about how many instruments accompany you, or share with a neighbor if possible.)
IF YOU NEED DIRECTIONS - email me at _qnvhrtz at chartermi dot net_ and I'll send them to you. Floor space for those needing crash space is still available, email about that, too.)
