At Capricon Peter brought a parade people to our room for various nefarious musical purposes. So I decided to get out my Kodak EasyShare DX4330 and take video clips of Peter along with alameda and sweetmusic27. The video part worked, but there was a deafening silence where there should have been audio. Very sad.

Of course, Peter recorded the playing separately, so you will get to hear the best of the recordings -just not with video.

Otherwise, a swell con.

Lots of video-editing programs let you attach a new soundtrack to existing audio. I do that for my camera sometimes because its microphone is just not up to the job. I bet Peter would send you his audio files, and they're probably better quality than what the camera could take on its own.

Though it would be nice to work out what went wrong so you can get your video with audio next time.
